Our Mobile Banking App is Upgrading!

We are excited to announce the upgrade of our mobile banking application with a sleek new design as well as an improved user experience & interface.

This update is scheduled to occur on June 8, 2021.

As of June 8, you will need to follow the instructions for your phone below to download the new app. The existing BOLA Mobile Banking App will no longer work on once the new app is released.

For iPhone users:

  • You should receive a prompt to update the application to the newest version.
  • If you do not receive this prompt, it will be necessary for you to remove and reinstall the new application from the App Store. 
  • Sign in with your access ID and passcode and re-enable the biometrics if you previously had the feature enabled.
  • Accept the new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest version of the Apple application.
  • If you need to re-install the app, you can find it HERE.

For Android users:

  • You will be required to remove the old app and download the new version from the Google PlayStore.
  • Sign in with your access ID and passcode and re-enable the biometrics if you previously had that feature enabled.
  • Accept the new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest version of the Android application.
  • The new app can be found HERE.

If you currently use Text Banking, you will need to re-enroll after the new app launches.  You will need to go to the desktop version of online banking to re-enroll in text banking.  This cannot be done from the app. Click HERE to log-in to your online banking account.

Mobile Banking

Need access to your Bank of Louisiana checking and savings accounts on the go? Download the Bank of Louisiana App for your Android, iPhone or iPad and start using free Mobile Banking from Bank of Louisiana. You can get all of the great features of Online Banking in the palm of your hand as well as the added bonus of text banking. All it takes is an Online Banking account and you’re on your way to the convenience and simplicity of Mobile Banking with Bank of Louisiana.

Text Banking

Quick and easy. Simply send a text message to receive account balances or recent history. Text Banking will work on any text message (SMS) capable phone.  

To enroll in this service, you will need to register your phone via your Online Banking account. Once you’re logged in, click on User Services, then Mobile Enrollment.  

Online Bill Pay- Pay Bills without Having to Make a Trip to the Post Office

Another great feature of Online Banking and Mobile Banking is Online Bill Pay. This feature allows you to make recurring, occasional and one-time bill payments straight from your computer or mobile phone. No more buying stamps and envelopes! Just click and you’re done!

E-Statements- Your Monthly Bank Statements Delivered Online

Monthly bank statements are great, but they can get a little messy. That, and when you do decide to finally get rid of them, you have to shred them. E-Statements from Bank of Louisiana changes all of that. Instead of getting a physical statement mailed to you, you access your E-Statements through your Online Banking account. The result is less clutter, more secure documents and a few more trees in the environment.

Simply enroll in BOLA Online Banking to get started.  If you’re already an Online Banking customer, you can get started with Mobile Banking right away by downloading the app to your iPhone from the App store or Android device from Google Play.
